» For students and PhD. students at the University of Silesia – student credit book (index), including a valid entry to the academic year and electronic student ID card (if a paper index is not issued – only a valid student card),

» For students and PhD. students at other public universities – student credit book, including a valid entry to the academic year, plus a signature from their university library anda student ID card or another ID card with an ID number (PESEL) – only in CINiBA,For others – a valid card with an ID number PESEL (status as a Guest).

The library card is issued for a limited period:

» To students and PhD. students – for one year based on the student ID card and valid index,

» To employees of the University of Silesia – for the duration of their employment at the University,

» To Guests and other readers – for one year.
