Orders should be placed electronically, using the INTEGRA catalogue:
» Use your library card number (User ID number)/ID number (PESEL) and password to log in to your library account,
» Search the library catalogue INTEGRA (for the title/author/subject you want to borrow),
» Once you have found it, click on the “request button”,
» The request has been added (choose to go to Request card or continue browsing),
» If you go to the Request Card, you should select the item you choose earlier and click “confirm request”. You can also cancel that.
» After that, you will see the report about the item and his access location (Lending point) and delivery time (when the book will be available),
» You will find User’s requests lists, where you can confirm all your request finally, collectively,
» Requested items will be available as soon as possible. As a rule, Your order will be ready in 1 – max 1,5 hour.
Attention! From 31st January 2022, You can log into your library account using only the User ID number or email address assigned to your account.
You can find your ID number logging in INTEGRO catalogue (in the upper right corner). Optionally, you can just see it in your library’s emails.
